- Full payment is required to confirm your order
- We accept: EFT / Cash on delivery / Vesse checkout

- *Processing time*: 3-7 business days for handmade items
- *Shipping in SA*: 2-5 business days via courier. Tracking provided
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Pochi Co is not responsible for delays caused by the courier
*3. Sizing & Colors*
- Sizes are approximate. Handmade items may vary slightly - that’s what makes them unique!
- Colors may look slightly different due to lighting and screens
- We do our best to match photos, but no two pieces are 100% identical
*4. Returns & Exchanges*
- Due to the handmade nature, *all sales are final*
- We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
- If there’s an issue, please contact us within *24 hours* of delivery with photos
- Exchanges available for manufacturing defects only

- Pochi Co is not responsible for damage due to improper care

- Custom colors and designs available via Email
- 50% deposit required for custom orders. Non-refundable
- Processing time for custom: 7-14 business days
